Shipping & Order Policy
Worldwide shipping is available.
Our shipping partners deliver Monday through Friday during normal business hours and will make up to three delivery attempts. After the third unsuccessful delivery attempt, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
Chaleur is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, delayed due to carrier issues, or delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
As many of our products are produced in limited batches or made to order, processing and shipping times may vary. Additional delays may occur during periods of high order volume or due to international shipping from our production facility.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these production and shipping timelines. Orders that have entered production, fulfillment, customs clearance, or transit are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.
For this reason, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Any cancellation request submitted after an order has entered production, fulfillment, customs clearance, or transit will not be approved.
If your order experiences an unexpected delay beyond our estimated timeframe, please contact us and our team will be happy to provide an update. We closely monitor all orders and will proactively reach out via email whenever significant production or shipping delays occur.

Exchanges
No Exchanges!
As our products are almost always made to order, we do not offer exchanges for a change of mind, or something else listed.
However, if your product does not fit we will gladly exchange all unwashed and unworn ticketed items in their original packaging within 7 days of your delivery date. Worn, used, altered or damaged clothing will not be accepted for exchange. Chaleur reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet the above return requirements in Chaleur's discretion

Merchandise returned to Chaleurbrand.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. If garments pass or fail our inspection conditions, we will send a confirmation email notifying you of our decision. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
