Return & Exchange Policy



We will gladly refund or exchange all unwashed and unworn ticketed merchandise in its original condition, with its original packaging within 30 days of your order date when accompanied by the original invoice listing the price paid. Please, not Chaleur is not responsible for purchasing your return label.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Chaleur reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Chaleur's sole discretion. 




Merchandise returned to will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. If garments pass or fail our inspection conditions, we will send a confirmation email notifying you of our decision. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. 




No Exchanges


As our products are almost always made to order, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

If the item you have received is faulty, we will happily repair the garment for you or refund the full purchase amount.

Please note that in order for a refund to be processed, it is necessary for our team to first assess the item.
